These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the travel marketplace operated by EZRA CONNECT SDN BHD (202501036964 / 1638374-T) at https://easytrip.my/. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Platform

EasyTrip is an online marketplace connecting travellers (B2C) and corporate clients (B2B) with licensed travel vendors offering packages including Umrah, Hajj, tours, flights, and hotels. We act as an intermediary; the contract for travel services is between you and the vendor.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Bookings and Payments

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a written confirmation from us.
• Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change until booking is confirmed.
• Payment methods accepted are as displayed at checkout (bank transfer, FPX, credit/debit card, eWallet, or vendor payment link).
• Corporate (B2B) bookings require approval through the company's internal workflow before a vendor is notified.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by vendor and package. The applicable policy will be displayed before you confirm a booking. In general:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure may be eligible for a full or partial refund (vendor-dependent).
• Cancellations within 30 days of departure are typically non-refundable.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.

6. Vendor Obligations

Vendors listed on the Platform agree to maintain valid licences, deliver services as described, and comply with all applicable Malaysian tourism and consumer-protection laws. We reserve the right to remove vendors who breach these obligations.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Attempt to circumvent any security or authentication measures.
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or impairs the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (other than vendor-supplied content) is owned by or licensed to EZRA CONNECT SDN BHD. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, EZRA CONNECT SDN BHD's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
